SHIPPING POLICY

All confirmed orders are shipped in the order they are received. Due to high volume of orders, please allow approximately up to 7-10 business days for processing, packing and shipping.

All confirmed orders will be shipped in a timely fashion. Any changes to orders, special requests, address changes or general inquiries will extend your shipping/delivery time.

Customer is responsible for all shipping and handling fees. All packages are shipped via USPS unless stated otherwise. We are not responsible for lost or stolen goods once your package has been delivered. 

All customers will receive order confirmation via text or e-mail (customers choose preference at check out). All customers will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail or text with assigned tracking information/number via USPS once their order has been processed and shipped. 

We deliver all packages to secure USPS distribution locations. Once we have done our due diligence through our secure fulfillment system we are not responsible for any shipping delays or damage.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We currently cannot receive returns due to Covid-19 restrictions. Please make your purchases carefully, and double check your shipping information is correct. If placing an order, please prepare for arrival of the package.
